Position Summary
Under close supervision, this person is responsible for day-to-day recording of financial transactions, and/or HR and payroll data collection, entry, and processing, as well as other responsibilities assigned by the Corporate Controller.
Main responsibilities of the position:
Accounts Payable
Payroll processing
Record day-to-day revenue and expenses
Reconciliations of accounts
Billing duties
Other duties as prescribed by the controller
Required qualifications:
2 Year Degree in Accounting, or Equivalent Work Experience
0 – 2 Years Work Experience in Accounting
Fluent in Oral and Written Spanish a Plus
Hourly position at $12 to $15 per hour, depending on qualifications.
