Accounting firm has an immediate opening for an experienced full-time office manager.  Duties include scheduling appointments, handling A/R, A/P, work with Microsoft Outlook and in house software for time and billing, project tracking.  Qualifications include professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, strong customer service and the ability to work in a team environment.
