Responsible for the direction and day-to-day operations of CRM programs including development, building and delivering database marketing initiatives that achieve business results on a sustainable basis, including accurate and timely execution, reporting and strategic recommendations for future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the oversight of customer contact initiatives including input on strategic direction, evolution, integration and execution of programs
- Assist with creation of short and long term 1:1 marketing campaigns to support strategic plans
- Research of outside environmental factors and best practices, such as new technologies and competing trends
- Integration of programs into communications platforms including social media
- Primary interface between key business partners including internal groups and multiple vendors to ensure best customer experience
- Quickly respond to salon, field, and market needs, as well as customer service issues
- Manages and assists with the operation of division CRM programs including: budgeting, communication plans, project management, integration with IT, agency partner(s) and Operations
- Accountable to campaign documentation including maintaining overall campaign calendar, campaign prioritization, high-level creative direction and offer support.
- Responsible for gaining alignment, maintaining and sharing information across the organization to functionally educate
- Tracks quarterly performance against set criteria
- Performs other duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 3 years experience
- Database marketing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong results oriented behavior
- Demonstrated experience in providing effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence teams
- Familiar with the salon services industry
- Retail marketing experience and client service experience a plus
