Rocksolid Floors is looking for a production assistant for a direct hire position.
Job Description: Assist in the production of floor coating products, operate and maintain piston filling machines, and assist in assembly of retail kits. Should be able to accurately document procedures as well as read and understand all manufacturing processes.
Applicant should have some manufacturing experience, with chemical manufacturing/blending a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent mechanical dexterity, combined with a strong mechanical aptitude. Detail-oriented Adaptable to change in shift schedule and work conditions
Requirements:
Ability to Read, and understand Written and Spoken English instructions
Solid work history and Job Tenure
Ability to pass a Criminal background check and drug test
Minimum 6 months experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
Good communication skills, verbal and written
High School diploma or GED equivalent
