Candidates with the following qualification will be selected for an interview.
- Must have full service restaurant and bar management experience
- Proved success with labor control and P&L management
- Be willing to work nights and weekends when scheduled
- be able to interview, hire, and train staff
- ServSafe certification a plus but not an requirement
