Job Summary: prepare, review, negotiate and maintain company contracts,
modifications and legal documents for compliance, consistency, and funding.
Identify contractual issues and develop mitigation plans in support of all company
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business or other related
field combined with
a minimum of 10 years experience with Federal Government and commercial
contracts management required; MBA or JD preferred. previous work experience
with contracts subject to FAR and DFAR requirements, as well as other agency
procurement regulations is preferred.
