Medium-sized technology company seeking professional and pleasant customer service representative for non-call center environment. Full Time 8:30AM-5PM M-F
Preferred candidate will have above average typing and ten key skills, be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, have the ability to multi task while maintaining order accuracy. Must be able to pleasantly and professionally interact with a variety of professionals inside and outside the company (in person, via phone, and electronic correspondence). Must have a high school diploma or equivalent w/ at least 1 year customer service experience. Experience with MAS90 software a plus. Pay is $14.00 per hour + Benefits (holiday & vacation pay, medical & dental, 401k).
Key responsibilities to be done in a timely, accurate, and professional manner: Secure orders from a variety of customers in high technology industries, create order confirmations, revise orders as needed. Coordinate orders/general requests with accounts receivable, production, shipping and distribution. Define and manage stock levels for specific customers and general stock when required. Update company software with new customers, new parts and pricing, discounts and credit levels as needed. General clerical duties will be assigned occasionally. Work as back-up customer service for other team members when needed. Other occasional office responsibilities may be requested.
