Sales Representative-Inside Sales
Growing company in the Twin Cities area is looking for experienced (1-5 years of Inside Sales experience required) Sales Reps for exciting and rewarding Inside Sales Opportunities.
These positions involve working with assigned territories within the US where you will cultivate past, present and new relationships in order to sell the company products. The products involved are in high demand, and creative negotiation skills, critical thinking and the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships is crucial.
The role will involve selling via email, phone, trade show appearances and requires excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The company has a great training program and offers a competitive base salary. First year average for incoming sales reps is $70,000 to $72,000 2nd and 3rd year projected earnings may far exceed Year 1 depending on your ability to learn company products quickly and your selling success.
Requirements: Previous phone sales experience (1-5 years of non-retail in person sales) selling in an Inside Sales capacity, desire to be able to pick up the phone and call buyers in organizations throughout the US, excellent email and pc skills for contacting prospects including being creative with methonds for staying in touch with prospects and coming up with innovative methods to reach buyers.
Helpful: 2 or 4 year degree but company will look at experience over education.
