Job Description:
Humera is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative for our client located in St. Cloud! Our client is one of the oldest lens manufactures and remains an industry leader in ophthalmic lens technology. As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide courteous and efficient service to all customers. The schedule is Monday through Friday 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
  • Answer customer inquiries about products including technical information, prices and availability of product
  • Enter and edit phone and fax orders received
  • Expedite late or lost orders
  • Assist customers on invoice discrepancies and request debits and credits
  • Assist on all projects assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service/call center experience
  • JDE or some type of ERP experience would be a huge plus
  • Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, inventory software, order processing systems, and database software
