Customer Support Technician
Our client in Anoka, MN is looking for a Customer Support Technician to join their team! This is a great opportunity with a company that is leading in their industry! This person will travel to customer locations throughout the Midwest and troubleshoot equipment. They will be responsible for working closely with customers to discover resolutions to equipment issues, and maintain relationships. The customer support technician will not be responsible for conducting equipment repairs, but will determine the next steps in customer support.
Duties:
- Visit customer sites to gain understanding of equipment issues
- Work closely with customers to determine problems and inspect damages
- Troubleshoot equipment, and determine the next step for repairs
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Determine the next steps in the repair process
Requirements:
- 2 year Technical Degree
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Must have Refrigeration or Air Conditioning background
- Must have experience working with CO2
- Must have experience with Rack Systems
- Ability to Travel up to 75% (locally and regionally)
