Senior Account Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team!  This is a great opportunity with a sales and marketing firm located in Plymouth, MN that is utilized by Fortune 500 companies!  This person will be responsible for overseeing the success of all client campaigns and support retention. 

Duties:

  • Responsible for one or more direct reports
  • Take full responsibility on selected accounts
  • Build rapport with clients and offer program recommendations
  • Grow and retain client business
  • Develop call guides and coordinate campaign details
  • Train, mentor, and coach B2B agents
  • Provide clients with analysis reports
  • Monitor metrics and activity to ensure alignment with client objectives
  • Attend internal meetings to collaborate on practices, new ideas, and report on the status of programs
  • Attend external client meetings to design and develop new campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years in business to business marketing
  • Account Management experience
  • Well versed in client retention techniques
  • Experience with analytics and metrics
