Top Talent is seeking a Customer Service Rep with experience working for a manufacturing company. Position is temporary with potential to be long term. Pay is $13/hr. Hours: 8-5pm. M-F.
• Data entry and processing of all customer orders, modifications, returns and cancellations with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Pro-actively track, respond and communicate any changes in ship dates, quantities, products, services, pricing, order details or other customer-related requirements.
• Prepare and process all quotations, order acknowledgements or other customer documentation to ensure accurate and timely completion of customer deliverables.
• Assist sales in research, cold calls, direct mail campaigns/followup, presentation preparation, website updates, samples and other administrative tasks associated with gaining new or supporting existing client business.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Three or more years of direct customer service experience.
• One or more years of marketing or sales
• Able to work independently, efficiently manage time, and use experience and judgment to effectively.
• Able to function effectively in a fast paced, diverse, team environment.
