Occupational Therapist-FV Lakes Medical Center

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care including evaluating, interpreting, planning, intervening and establishing outcomes. 


Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy Certification with National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or able to sit for exam, and Occupational Therapy Practitioner License w/ Minnesota Department of Health or temporary license. Current BLS certification. Computer skills.
