Physical Therapist-Supervisor (FV Lakes Medical Center)

The Physical Therapy Supervisor will work at the North Branch Physical Therapy Clinic 2 days/week and at the Rush City Clinic 2 days/week. Candidates will provide direct patient care at both locations, with approximately 10% of their time being focused on supervision of a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs and Speech Therapists.


The Physical Therapy Supervisor is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. In addition, the supervisor is responsible for staff development, managing resources, marketing with Physicians and team leadership.  


Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy


Preferred Education

Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy 

Minimum License/Certification/Registration

Physical Therapy registration/licensure in the state of Minnesota or temporary license in the state of Minnesota 

Minimum Experience

1 year 

Preferred Experience

3 + years 

Additional Requirements

Basic Life Support prior to the end of orientation
