Customer Service Specialist - Home Care

First point of contact for referral source submitting a request for patient services, or a customer requesting information on home care/hospice related services. Requires customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment with ability to process large volumes of information in a timely, complete and accurate manner.  


Qualifications

Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED required.

 

Preferred Education: Vocational/technical training in the medical field/AA degree. 

Minimum Experience: 1 year customer service experience. 1 year previous experience in data entry and/or experience with medical terminology.

 

Preferred Experience: Call center experience. Experience in home Care/hospice.

 

Also Required: Excellent keyboaring/data entry skills. Strong customer service skills.
