Imaging Systems Assistant

The Radiology Image Systems Assistant is responsible for maintaining and managing computerized patient records. Burns and distributes digital images to patients and customers. Them Imaging Systems Assistant is also responsible for filing, retrieving, answering telephones, purging, preparing images and pulling previous studies for reading. Image Systems Assistant will provide excellent customer service to all users by responding to requests in a courteous and timely manner. Front Desk greeter and reception to customers. Schedule patient appointments, when needed.



Strong organizational & communication skills, ability to multitask & prioritize, Radiology and computer experience and medical terminology preferred. Physical exertion required at times .


Minimum Education Required:

High School Diploma or GED 


Minimum Experience:

1-3 years in a customer service receptionist position 

Preferred Experience:

Radiology and computer experience and medical terminology preferred.

3 years experience as a receptionist or scheduler in a healthcare related field.
