Facilities Maintenance
Employment Status: Part-time (0.75 FTE), regular, non-exempt.
Will assist the Building Superintendent and full-time Custodian in the care and maintenance and all around safety of the building and grounds and program set-ups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Custodian shall be assigned specific areas for care, maintenance, protection and preservation of the facility.
2. In his or her area, the following shall be complete and maintained:
Cleanliness, Appearance, Orderliness
3. Work on all event set ups that may occur on his/her work shift and the next day’s events scheduled.
4. Responsible for the security of the entire facility on and during his/her shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
Well organized and able to work independently
Experience in custodial care of buildings of similar classification
Be willing to obtain a Class C Special Boilers License
Able to lift 50 + pounds
Able to use various cleaning machines and yard equipment
HOURS:
Generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:00 - 7:00 pm; Monday and Thursday from 4:00 - 10:00 pm (with some flexibility)
