Job Functions and Responsibilities:
• Assist in compiling financial statements and supporting information
• Assist in Budget preparation for all entities
• Banking, ACH, and credit card transactions
• Administration of 401(K)
• Manage GL Reconciliations and company receivables review
• Develop, recommend, and monitor internal controls
• Producer analysis and commission calculation
• Manage AR and collections process
• Monthly transaction report
• Assist in year end financial preparation and tax filing
• Licensing coordination and Surplus Lines Tax filing
• Direct back-up to payroll & accounts payable
• Full knowledge of all admin support positions
• Help maintain a positive atmosphere in the work environment to promote learning, initiative, product knowledge and skills, career opportunities and job fulfillment.
