Rudolph Community and Care, LLC Full time position (3-4 days/week). Will be required to work every other weekend. Provide one on one overnight staffing for an individual with special needs. Responding to any of the individual's needs and ensuring their safety will be crucial to success in this position.

Consumer care responsibilities of awake overnight staff include but are not limited to:

- Thorough and accurate documentation of behaviors

-Modeling appropriate behavior at all times

-Responding to needs of consumer(s)

- Ensuring safety and happiness of our consumer(s) 

-Medication administration

-Cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
-managing finances and a budget
-Facilitating socialization activities
-Doing personal cares such as grooming, and bathing
-Housekeeping skills
-Using public transportation

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

- Eligibility to work in the United States

- Valid Driver's license

- Clean Driving Record

- Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift

- Background clearance as required by BCA and DHS

- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling company or consumer records and sensitive information

- College Degree, CPR/First Aid Certification, and experience in the human services field are highly recommended
