Humera is looking for a Social Media Community Specialist that has 2+ years managing social media communities in a professional level setting. This is a contract position located in the Fridley area with a world class leader in medical device manufacturing.
Related duties will include:
- Utilizing social media management tools to manage social media posting and tracking with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Creating social media content or posting submitted content from diferent area of the company/business unit up to three or four weeks in advance
- Fostering various online communities
- Monitoring posts from different mediums based on keywords and interpreting the data as needed
- Partnering with internal business units to present the internal data and findings
- Defining outgoing content strategy, creation, metrics definition and daily channel management
- Training other marketers to use social media processes and tools
Requirements for this position:
- 2+ years experience working with social media platforms in a professional setting
- Experience living and breathing social media on a daily basis
- Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
- Previous experience managing online communities in a business setting
