Job Description:
Humera is looking for a Social Media Community Specialist that has 2+ years managing social media communities in a professional level setting. This is a contract position located in the Fridley area with a world class leader in medical device manufacturing.
Related duties will include:
  • Utilizing social media management tools to manage social media posting and tracking with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Creating social media content or posting submitted content from diferent area of the company/business unit up to three or four weeks in advance
  • Fostering various online communities
  • Monitoring posts from different mediums based on keywords and interpreting the data as needed
  • Partnering with internal business units to present the internal data and findings
  • Defining outgoing content strategy, creation, metrics definition and daily channel management
  • Training other marketers to use social media processes and tools

Requirements for this position:
  • 2+ years experience working with social media platforms in a professional setting
  • Experience living and breathing social media on a daily basis
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field of study
  • Previous experience managing online communities in a business setting
