Creative Corporate Catering is an established food delivery service company with a large customer base and numerous restaurant partnerships. We are seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper with:
- Two or four year accounting degree required with five + years accounting/bookkeeping experience.
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Must possess a strong accounting/bookkeeping and business acumen.
- Calculates employee wages from multiple source documents and prepares payroll register.
- Prepares and mails monthly statements and invoices to customers.
- Prepares daily check deposits.
- Collects and researches data and is able to analyze information skillfully.
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Innovative, self-motivated, team player with a can-do attitude.
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry a plus but not required.
The hours for this part-time position are M-F 10:00 AM - 2 PM.
