Job Description:
Humera is looking for an Executive Assistant for our client, the world leader in Medical Device Technology and Therapies! This fortune 500 company is committed to innovating for life by pushing the boundaries of medical technology and changing the way the world treats chronic disease. As the Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the Vice President of Clinical Research, Reimbursement, and Regulatory Affairs! This is a short-term, contract assignment.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Manage and maintain the Vice President's schedule in an electronic calendars
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Arrange meetings and conferences
  • Plan conference calls and videoconferences
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
  • File and retrieve corporate documents and reports
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Plan conference calls and video conferences
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3-5 years of executive support experience, greater than 5 years desired
  • Advanced knowledge of Expense Express
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully and confidently
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to drive to completion in adherence to aggressive project schedules
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues in a proactive, creative, and timely fashion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
