Our client in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an office professional to help us grow their financial services business.  This role will assist with setting up client meetings, assisting customers with their online accounts, handling office supplies, answering phones, greeting guests, administrative support, helping with trade shows and MUCH more. There is long term potential to advance as the firm grows and grows.  

Hours are 8 or 8:30 to 5pm M-F and every other Tuesday the person will be required to register trade show attendees from 5:30pm - 8pm.  Further, if the incumbent wants to, there will be 1-2 days per month or quarter where this role could travel to Florida.  Not a requirement.  The position will pay up to $40,000!

Requirements:  2-3 years of Administrative experience, must maintain extremely professional appearance, must have Intermediate Word and Outlook skills.  Must have average Excel skills.  Must pass 10 year criminal background check successfully. Must be able to hit deadlines
