Program Coordinator, Post-Baccalaureate Certificates

(Interactive Design and Marketing and Graphic Design)

The Minneapolis College of Art and Design has an opening for a full-time, benefits-eligible Program Coordinator, Post-Baccalaureate Certificates (Interactive Design and Marketing and Graphic Design) in our Continuing Education Department.  We enjoy a dynamic work environment that includes generous holiday and vacation time accruals.  We offer a flexible and comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental and 403(b) pension plans.

Primary function:  The Program Coordinator, Post-Baccalaureate Certificates in Interactive Design and Marketing (75%) and Graphic Design (25%) is a member of the College staff with teaching responsibilities, contributes to the overall educational program in Continuing Education, and is directly responsible for the functionality, stability, daily management, improvement and success of the Post-Baccalaureate programs.

Qualifications include:  Superior teaching, research, and/or professional credentials require in the field of interactive, design, or marketing.  Masters degree or equivalent professional accomplishments preferred.  Evidence and demonstration of quality teaching, training, and/or consulting with instructors or other professionals and/or coaching skills required.  Knowledge and experience in instructional design, teaching and/or training needed to support an online education program.  Demonstrated managerial and leadership skills.  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.  As a condition of employment, applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
