Organizational Summary

Primary Function
To assist the Accounting Department in maintaining the Account Receivable functions of the organization.

Essential Job Functions
1. Responsible for all Accounts Receivable function of the Organization including:
     a.   Prepare all invoices for payment for services.
  b.   Maintain the Accounts Receivable Module of the accounting system.
  c.   Collect all revenue in a timely manner.
  d.   Research past due accounts, analyze issues and collect fees.
2. Accurate filing of client information in a timely manner.
3. Assist employees with State and County questions.
4. Serve as a participating member of the accounting team.
5. Other Duties as assigned.

Typical Work Environment

Employees will work in an indoor setting. However, while performing the duties of this job the employee may work in outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and sometimes loud.
