Allina Commons is the Minneapolis-based headquarters of Allina Hospitals & Clinics,
a not-for-profit health care organization serving patients and communities. Approximately
1,600 corporate and administrative service employees work at offices within Midtown
Exchange, site of the historic Sears retail complex at Chicago Avenue and E. Lake
Street. This community landmark, adjacent to the campus of Allina's Abbott Northwestern
Hospital, is the second largest building in Minnesota and includes offices, an internationally
themed public market and residential units.
Allina will be rolling out Kronos scheduling 6.1 to its 11 metro and regional hospitals
as part of a large strategic initiative to measure and increase productivity. The
Scheduling application will be rolled out to all nursing units in each of the hospitals
and will replace existing scheduling systems. This role will work with the subject
matter and process experts to understand and document the requirements, will work
with Kronos and Allina project management to ensure timelines and milestones are
met with high quality deliverables, and will work within the Scheduling application
to build and configure the application to meet the requirements. Finally, the role
will work to resolve problems and issues that arise during implementation.
Bachelor's degree. Software development methodology and/or project management education
preferred.


Scheduling system experience (preferably Kronos)
Time/Labor tracking system experience (preferably Kronos)
Payroll systems experience (preferably PeopleSoft)
Scheduling department experience
Analyst experience

Large project experience
Union contract experience
Customer service
Healthcare or 24x7
Excel reporting
Full time position (40 hours per week)
Non-contract
Flexibility (including hours - some days may start at 6 am, some may end at 9 pm
during project peaks)
