Primary function is to provide operational support for the College’s academic and administrative computer hardware and software; provide assistance and resolution of Help Desk inquiries as well as other technical support and instructional training needs.   This position also assists with the overall implementation and ongoing support for school-wide laptop initiative.

Qualifications include a Post Secondary education or equivalent in related technology support field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Minimum two years demonstrated expertise working with Apple hardware and Mac OS X software support along with exceptional customer service history in a technology environment is required.  Experience working in an academic computer lab, college environment, and/or with students is desirable along with creative publishing applications experience including Adobe Creative Suite.  This position requires strong interpersonal communications skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work a part-time schedule according to the needs of our Technology Department.  As a condition of employment, applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
