Help Desk Build Administrator
The Minneapolis College of Art and Design has an immediate opening for a fulltime, benefits-eligible Help Desk Build Administrator in our Technology Department. Primary Function is to create, maintain and manage the College’s Mac OS X desktop / laptop software build and associated support resources and to assist the Help Desk staff in resolving intermediate-to-advanced troubleshooting tickets for students, faculty and staff. Will oversee software licensing compliance and tracking connected to managed laptop/desktop OS X builds.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related technology support field. Minimum of four years documented, professional Mac OS X and Apple hardware experience required. Apple Certifications ACS-Deployment, ACSA, or ACTC, Unix and iOS experience desirable. Candidates must have exceptional customer service history in a technology environment with strong interpersonal communications skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to take initiative and follow work through to satisfactory completion. As a condition of employment, applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
