Our client in Plymouth, MN is looking for a Consultant who is well versed in both MS Excel and MS Access to help develop tools to analyze data within the organization's HR department.  This role will ultimately be responsible for driving HR analytics world-wide.

Goals:  You will participate in the development of reporting requirements and creation of reporting and analytical tools in support of programs, participate in system implementations. Assist in creating test cases, conducting tests and reporting testing results.  Create and test recommendation worksheets. Gather and perform initial analysis of final recommendation data.  Responsible for complying with all process controls.

Qualifications:  Above average skills in MS Excel and MS Access.  Must successfully pass a criminal background screen and drug test.
