As a result of our dynamic growth, we have an outstanding opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on technician with electronics expertise and PCB experience.
Technical position in manufacturing who troubleshoots PCB’s according to GMP practices and assembles prototype PCB’s requested by engineering.
Improving product quality through:
Quality analysis using the CAPA system
Apply six sigma methodology as appropriate
Supporting new product development with providing prototype PCB’s to engineering.
Provide SCAR’s to vendors for root cause analysis
Reduce line failures
Improve line efficiency.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Education: 2 year degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
Experience: Two or more year’s hands-on experience in a GMP and ISO9001 environment is preferred. Medical device experience preferred.
Other: Ability to work independently, experience with troubleshooting digital and analog electronic devices, solid experience in technical problem solving in a manufacturing environment, familiar with surface mount and proficient soldering skills, and excellent computer skills.
