Position Overview

The successful candidate will manage and prepare material for use in injection molding process along with storing, retrieving, weighing materials, tracking inventory, calculating material discrepancies and performing inventory and regular cycle counts. They will be in charge of identifying, preparing and staging material for the molding process; including cleaning out and loading dryers with resin.

12 hour shifts, weekend nights.


• Retrieve and store materials in warehouse • Weigh material on scales • Calculate material discrepancies • Perform and record monthly cycle counts • Identify appropriate resin for upcoming order • Prepare and stage material for molding process • Clean out dryers and load with resin • Identify appropriate dryer temperature and set dryer accordingly • Track inventory quantities • Adhere to all quality and safety standards within the department. • Maintain clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization. • Continually seek to improve work processes and individual performance. • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.


  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work safely with sharp and heavy objects
  • Ability to quickly become familiar with many different types of resins.
  • Basic reading, writing, oral, comprehension, math, and computer/calculator skills.
  • A valid driver's license, and no recent major driving violations, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Able to be licensed to operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, overhead crane hoist, etc.) - we will train.
  • Must be punctual and have good attendance.
  • Able to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads.
  • Inventory experience preferred
  • Stand up for 12 hours
  • Lift up to 70 pounds waist high
  • Reaching, bending and grasping.
  • Additional Information

    Indoors (generally air-conditioned but with occasional temperatures up to 85 degrees F or down to 65 degrees F); non-smoking; production; eye protection & safety shoes required.
