- Minimum of 10 years commercial construction experience as a field superintendent required.
- Ability to effectively lead others, conduct job site meetings, schedule subcontractors, manage site safety.
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills required.
- Computer knowledge required.
- Four-year degree preferred.
