This role is a result of continued successful company growth and will involve working for a successful and growing company in the SW Metro area of the Twin Cities.
Base compensation is $30,000 DOQ and experience, plus potential bonuses of up to $6,000 per quarter based on team hitting goal or not. Training bonus and company performance bonus also available..
Job functions will include but not be limited to:
1.) Work with sales reps from assigned territories to close sales via email and telephone.
2.) Initiate marketing programs to drive lead opportunities from direct mail, email and trade show efforts
3.) Keep management informed by providing reports and status updates of activities and progress.
4.) Process sales orders and requests by referring to product literature details and pricing sheets.
5.) Present and close on product offerings and various choices with customers.
6.) Document activity and record sales efforts in company database.
7.) Source details for field sales reps for prospects, names, decision makers as well as research these companies and people to ensure prospects are buyers or have been buyers of products relating to what the company is offering.
8.) Actively contact new prospects via phone, email, mail and other methods to achieve goals set for yourself, your region and the organization itself.
Previous sales or customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills, phone skills, internet searching capabilities, email writing capabilities, excellent grammar, ability to use databases, Excel spreadsheets and typing skills, High energy with strong closing skills, and professionalism at all times.
