The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is accepting resumes from attorneys with successful litigation experience to provide legal representation to the State of Minnesota and its citizens in the administrative law arena. The Office provides challenging and meaningful legal practice opportunities to highly skilled attorneys with the professional abilities and motivation to perform outstanding legal work that makes a difference in the quality of life of the citizens of Minnesota.

Requirements. Applicants should have stellar academic credentials, outstanding written and oral communication skills, strong research and analytical abilities, superior judgment and character, a good work ethic, and successful and relevant litigation experience. The selection process is highly competitive.

Responsibilities.  Assistant Attorneys General represent the State of Minnesota and its citizens in state and federal district and appellate courts and administrative law forums.  Our lawyers perform important legal work on behalf of the public, have a significant amount of responsibility over their files, and litigate in a high-caliber legal setting.
