Direct Hire Opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, inbound call center. Accuracy and attention to detail are extremely important. This position is responsible for making certain that the registration process runs smoothly and all inquiries are handled efficiently. The CSR reviews the reports submitted by registrants, requests verification of the reports, enters information into the database and conducts audits of reports to ensure accuracy. Responses are made both by phone and written correspondence. To qualify you must have strong attention to detail, be able to problem solve, understand and follow procedures, Intermediate Computer skills required. 3-5 years Inbound Call Center fielding 50 calls per day experience a must.
