Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Bilingual Recruiter in Edina, MN!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Organize daily schedule for optimum number of appointments possible within time constraints
-Interview and evaluate applicants to determine employment experience, skills, personal attributes and availability for work
-Administer and evaluate appropriate tests/skill assessments
-Make hiring decisions based on information provided by the applicant and obtained during the interview process
-Review the application and hiring forms for completeness and accuracy
-Conduct new employee orientation explaining the procedures for obtaining work assignments, payroll and benefits, company policies, and safety information
-Complete online hiring process and enter all additional data obtained during the interview process in a timely manner
-Maintain inventory of recruiting forms and office supplies for recruiting office
-Run open assignment list for the purpose for offering assignments to qualified candidates
-Attend job fairs, contact Workforce Centers, social service and community organizations to increase visibility of our company
-Participate in presentations to groups such as schools and community organizations
-Participate in community and on-site recruiting activities, including poster distribution campaigns in community
-Assist with inbound and outbound calls in call center environment as needed
-Must be comfortable participating in community events and speaking engagements
-Minimum of 6 months of previous human resources, customer service or other related work experience, or equivalent education preferred
-Ability to communicate in Spanish and English
