Service Desk Specialist: Immediate position available that will run throughout the holiday season! Our client is in need of a full time Service Desk Specialist for 2-4 months. Responsibilities: A customer service position that will troubleshoot, diagnose and respond to user calls to resolve questions pertaining to software applications and hardware products.
