Implement high quality speech/language therapy services for residents and caregivers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech language therapy, state, federal and facility policies and procedures. Graduate of an accredited school of speech-language pathology.
The Rehabilitative Therapy Unit assesses, evaluates and treats residents with mobility and self-care concerns, consults with and instructs staff in effective delivery of care, and provides the greatest independence possible for all residents through individually prescribed programs.
