We have an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant to work in downtown Minneapolis. This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity with a large non-profit. This position supports a C-level manager. Responsibilities include a high volume of calendar management, coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, take the lead on projects, written and verbal communication with board members, various staff members, media and the public. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience providing administrative support at the executive level. Also needed is proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. SharePoint and Visio experience is helpful.  Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.  Strong editing, proofing and writing skills are important.
