ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - PART TIME

Midwest Reliability Organization - Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

Our organization is seeking a positive, energetic, team member to work as an Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Office Manager as well as support to the President and CEO, as necessary. This position also assists with planning and coordination of internal and external meetings and workshops with the Administrative Meeting Coordinator. This position is a front face of the company and portrays a professional image through in-person and phone interaction. We need a long-term commitment and the ability to make the organization a priority. Work schedule Mon-Fri with flexible hours between 9am and 2pm. This position averages 20 hours per week.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Experience in an administrative, professional, or corporate office. A high school diploma, 2-year degree, and/or Certificate in Professional Secretary or Administrative Assistance preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; with superior organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and be able to work accurately on multiple tasks while maintaining deadlines.
