Our Relocation Specialist (Relocation Coordinator) team is full of fun, hardworking people who are also starting their new career in the Relocation and International Mobility industry. They support the Relocation Counselors with their files, build lasting relationships with our suppliers and work as a team to make sure every move we manage is a success. During this time they are learning the cornerstones of knowledge in the industry so that in 6-12 months they can JUMP right into the Relocation Counselor role and manage their own file and client load.   • Assist your assigned Relocation Counselors with file management to support our high quality customer service to clients and their relocating employees
  • Support the relocating employees and corporate clients, as an extension of the Relocation Counselor, when they are unavailable
  • Assist Relocation Counselors and management team by generating and/or reviewing reports and communication pieces for corporate clients and relocating employees
  • Research requests and resolve issues for relocating employees, corporate clients and Relocation Counselors
  • Support internal and external customers in the facilitation and understanding of relocation expense processes
  • Prepare and review relocation and assignment cost estimates
  • Maintain accurate “real time” records in all systems


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactively protects internal and external confidential information
  • Computer skills necessary for normal business matters (Microsoft Suite required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective and proactive problem-solving skills


  • 4 year degree required
  • Minimum of 1-2 year customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of office experience preferred
