The Expense Processor is responsible for successfully auditing, tracking, and processing of all of our client's employee expenses.


  • Audit initial relocating employee expense reports for mathematical accuracy and policy adherence
  • Enter vouchers accurately and in a timely matter
  • Generate precise and timely client invoices and interface with internal Account Payable and Accounts Receivable departments
  • Process and audit payments to relocating employees and vendors
  • Audit supplier invoices and maintain accurate escrow amounts as required
  • Generate dashboard and workload reports as required by management.
  • Assist in Year End Processing
  • Secondary support for the basic functions of the office
  • Maintain accurate “real time” records in all PLUS systems


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • Proactively protects internal and external confidential information
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills


  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting, employee expense management or related experience preferred
