This is an excellent Temp to Hire Customer Service opportunity at a respected worldwide company with headquarters in Minnesota. If you enjoy managing and building customer relationships and are fluent in Spanish, we want to hear from YOU!


  • Manage all aspects of customer relationships in a manufacturing environment
  • Deliver customer quotes, schedule and monitor daily material requirements
  • Accurately enter purchase and sales orders
  • Work closely with all departments; Sales, Production, Engineering and Finance
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects


  • 5 years customer service experience in a business environment
  • Fluent with spoken and written Spanish
  • Able to assume ownership of customer accounts and markets
  • Familiar with all basic aspects of customer service including, but not limited to:
  • Purchase orders, inventory agreements, invoicing, packaging and shipping
  • Basic understanding of all phases of production
  • Be a creative problem solver and a team player


  • College degree preferred
  • Associates degree acceptable with required experience
