We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a temporary to hire, part-time schedule. This role will involve working 9:15am to 6:15pm Wednesday through Friday of each week (27 hours per week). You will be paid for 3 days each week; 9 hours per day.
The role will involve answering phones, setting appointments on the company calendar, data entry, minor administrative duties, handling ultra-sensitive confidential information, and much more!!!
We are looking for the right candidate who wants to work this schedule Long-term. This is not an opportunity for someone looking to work for a few months while they seek a full time employment opportunity.
Requirements: 2 plus years of very recent receptionist/administrative experience. Successfully pass drug screen and Criminal background clearance. Excellent record of reliable attendance and punctuality. Average to above average MS Office skills are a must.
