Doherty Employment is staffing for a Paralegal Legal Administrative Assistant for a client in Minnetonka. Candidates must have 5+ years Legal Field experience.

Currently seeking candidates to provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys in the Firm’s Litigation Department. Position engages in all aspects of document development including preparation of first drafts, incorporation of comments from others, and production of final signature copies. Candidate will professionally communicate with clients, attorneys, judges, and staff in person, via email and over the phone. Must maintain accurate and organized files and document management system, and calendars. Position provides periodic relief coverage for the Firm’s receptionist. Must be able to schedule time effectively, prioritize work, administer conflicting deadlines and successfully respond to change.



Minimum five years’ legal experience in insurance defense litigation is required.

Preferred experience in insurance defense.

Experience with Microsoft Outlook, ECF, eFiline and ProLaw software.
