Humera is currently looking for a Recruiter/Account Manager for our sister company, specializing in light industrial, warehouse and janitorial work. This candidate will need to be driven, motivated and willing to learn in a very fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be an individual with management experience where duties may have involved recruiting, screening and hiring. This individual may be looking to break into or grow within a staffing career. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, and have the ability to work independently and efficiently. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!
  • Handle a high volume if inbound calls (1000+ per week), both directing callers to the appropriate party or providing resolution
  • Screen and assess applicants over the phone
  • Parse and assess resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Schedule all appropriate candidates for screening
  • Conduct and assist with screening process
  • Interview candidates and make hiring decision
  • Initiate drug test and background investigation
  • Offer and confirm qualified candidates for appropriate position
  • Ensure accurate and current documentation on all daily
  • Responsible to oversee all management of an account, from recruiting, assessment, onboarding and employee management
  • Onsite visibility with the account
  • Ability to maintain strong public relations with the account
  • Maintain service expectations with turnover and fill time

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to understand multiple dialects from an extremely diverse range of callers and employees
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites as needed
  • Strong understanding of general business, office terminology and basic computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain professionalism over the phone
