Job Description:
Indrotec is seeking a qualified Receptionist/Application Coordinator to work at our downtown and Brooklyn Center locations. Indrotec is a part of the Dolphin brand that has over 45 years of staffing and search experience in the MN market. We have helped thousands of people find contract-to-hire positions at some of the most reputable companies in MN.

A successful Receptionist/Application Coordinator must be both an excellent communicator and strong administrator and also be able to comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.


Responsibilities and Essential Functions::
  • Greet applicants, employees and vendors with a friendly and helpful presentation
  • Applicant Screening Session ? Prepare, Check-in and Facilitate
  • Hiring paperwork ? Guide applicants, review and sign paperwork and ensure I-9s are compliant
  • Data Entry ? ensure all applications are efficiently and accurately entered into Indrotec?s proprietary database and tracking software.
  • Scan/attach documents into Indrotec?s proprietary database and tracking software.
  • Process background checks and drug tests
  • Assist with phones during high call volume times and meetings

Required Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities::
  • 2-Year Associates Degree or relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office
  • Strong data entry skills along with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
