CSR in Burnsville, MN

Our Burnsville client seeks experience customer service professionals to work with Vendors to confirm information, set up new business accounts, handle questions, verify procedures and much more.

We are looking for people to work 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday in a temporary capacity for 3-4 months maybe longer.

Requirements: Pass successfully both a drug and criminal background check. Commit to up to 4 months as a temporary at $12.50/hour. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess excellent detail and problem solving skills. Must have a minimum of one year of on the phone customer service experience (this is not a call center but that background would be helpful).
