JOB DESCRIPTION
• Implement agency marketing, advertising, networking, community events, and attend sales meetings
• Set appointments with potential clients, assess client’s needs, and deliver presentations
• Put together proposals, offer recommendations, explain policy coverage’s, and sell a vast range of products
• Maintain relationships with your clients, prospect new clients with referrals and other marketing sources
• Analyze commission reports, assist your clients with claims, and be an insurance advisor in your community
• Manage day-to-day agency operations, process new applications, build your business to become a successful agency

Minimum Qualifications
• Entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and ambition
• College degree preferred or accomplished work history
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to pass background check/good credit history
• Prior insurance industry experience not required
