Our continued growth has created an opportunity for a RN Lead to work at our Midway primary care clinic in St. Paul.  This person will Effectively provide high quality service to both internal and external patients and will make independent nursing diagnoses and develop plans of care based on patient assessment.  This person will also create and implement dynamic teaching plans based upon patient need and will act as a resource for other staff.  As a lead, this person will prepare RN schedules, approve time cards, and will assist the supervisor in interviewing new nurses.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in Minnesota
• Current CPR certification required within 6 months of hire, and maintain
• Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year full time employment as an RN
